Pop’s Mini Doughnut Shop Opens at Stock + Grain Assembly

HIGH POINT, North Carolina (June 14, 2022) Pop’s Mini Doughnut Shop, specializing in hot made-to-order mini doughnuts with gourmet toppings, has opened at Stock + Grain Assembly in High Point.

A homegrown, Black-owned business managed by husband-and-wife team Christopher and Margaret Headen, Pop's Mini Doughnut Shop was established in Atlanta and had been a favorite at High Point farmers’ markets and events.  From classics to their signature doughnuts to their Pop's Shop Shakes, customers will find fun, love, passion and creativity in every bite. Among their fan favorites is the Strawberry Shortcake doughnut which has fresh strawberries and is topped with whipped cream and homemade vanilla and strawberry drizzles. Maple Pecan and Maple Bacon are popular as well. Customers can make any doughnut selection a Pop's Sundae by adding a scoop of local ice cream on top.

Stock + Grain Assembly is home to Pop’s Mini Doughnut Shop’s first brick-and-mortar location. Their soft opening hours are Wednesdays-Sundays from 4:30 to 9 p.m.
They will expand to full operating hours beginning June 27.

Pop’s Mini Doughnut Shop is one of five restaurant partners that have been publicly announced, joining Biscuits Brisket & Beer, Damn Good Dogs, Melrose Coffee, and Yumi Sushi. Additional partners will be named soon. The food hall's two bars, Bevelry and Cahoots, opened earlier in June.
