Administrative Assistant/Business Manager – College Students considered!

Forward High Point and its entities are looking for a part-time, in-person Administrative Assistant/Business Manager, for our downtown High Point office. This person must be available to work between 20 and 25 hours per week, Monday through Thursday/Friday!


The potential candidate for this position must have a minimum of a two (2) year degree (or college equivalent) in business management/accounting, and they must have worked in an office environment for two (2) or more years. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of bookkeeping/QuickBooks/accounting experience, with prior secretarial experience (including the taking of minutes) of two (2) or more years. Strong consideration will be given to notary experience.


Benefits for this position include hourly compensation for time worked, with an increase in pay after a 6-month review. Eleven (11) paid holidays (same as COHP’s holiday calendar), three (3) paid sick days per fiscal year, three (3) paid personal days per fiscal year, one (1) week paid vacation after six (6) months with two (2) weeks after the first year and a parking pass to park for free in the COHP Parking Deck.
