Heart to Heart Fitness Fest

The 1st Annual Heart to Heart Fitness Fest is a community event to support Heart Strides. Heart Strides is a Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at High Point Medical Center providing support to patients who have had a cardiac or pulmonary episode. This event allows registrants and participants to plan their fitness program around a variety of activities. During the seven days from February 12-18, participants commit to being involved in a fitness activity based on the American Heart Association recommendations: 30 minutes a day for 5 days or 150 minutes per week. You can choose to walk, swim, bike, run, row, take part in yoga or Pilates classes. It is really up to you and your interest. In addition, there are in-person classes being offered.

Kick-Off Event: February 7, 2023 11:30-1:00pm at the Fitness Center at High Point (601 N Elm St, High Point, NC 27262). Event participants are invited to attend the kick-off event recognizing event sponsors, pick up event t-shirts and learn more about the Heart Strides program.

Entry Fees: $40
